  I have been faithfully taking my animals to this groomer spending my hard earned money and as of today will no longer be doing business with them. I inadvertently called the owner *****'s personal cell thinking I was calling the main # and left a voice message regarding boarding service. When I realized what I had done I called the main # and spoke to *****, front office staff member. She placed me on hold to check availability and came back on and said we don't have a crate to fit your dog and he jumped the fence the last time he was hear. My dog board once before over a year ago and no ever told me that. If you don't have room just say that don't make up a blatant lie. So I called the owner left a nice message to apologize for calling her cellphone and mentioned I was not happy about being told something well after the fact and that I did not believe it to be true. Then, ***** called be back and proceeded to yell at me saying this is a personal cell phone don't ever call this # again and spewing that I will not take on the liability for your or no one else if your dog getting hurt jumping over the fence. We don't have a crate big enough to fit dogs of his size. My dog weighs 52 lbs. A medium sized dog that fits a medium sized dog crate. ***** was still yelling at me and talking crazy. Do not bother taking your animals to this grooming salon. Service has gone way down. Most recent visit it was clear my dog wasn't bathed or nails trimmed. ******* sprayed perfume on him and charged a high grooming price. Every good business owner I know puts their customers first and always treats them with respect. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy knowing that without good customers business would nit be successful. We can take business elsewhere period.
