  * I paid it , because I said I would. $500.00 for a circuit breaker and $300.00 for a one hour diagnostic Charge. Price was right at $800,00.After I paid it, Contacted another Electrican . He said $40.00 for the breaker and $150.00 diagnostic charge. And the fact that i am a senior citizen on a fixed income is even worst. He had to get the breaker which took him 2hrs of me time waiting for him to return. Keep Smiling Company is a ripoff and took advantage of a Senior Citizen.. BE VERY AWARE NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY SENIOR

  We provide a service. We quoted the price upfront and in writing. We do not force anyone ever to do business with us. We will never be the cheapest price. The time to call around and get pricing is NOT after you have had the work completed but before. This is not an accurate review or representation of what occurred. We even called ***************** the day after the work was completed on a recorded line to ensure she was happy with our services. She was at that time! I sure wish we could attach the recording. Apparently someone told her she could have had the work performed for less money AFTER she had us complete it. By who? Are they licensed? Are they insured? Do they background check and drug screen their employees? Do they provide a comprehensive warranty? Are they there when you need them the way we were? Will they ensure the job is done properly with quality parts? If price alone is all a customer cares about we will never be the cheapest option. We don't cut corners and we don't apologize for the quality service we provide. We are sorry ******************* feels this way but before leaving this review she never informed us of her dissatisfaction or gave us any opportunity to discuss the matter or offer any kind of remedy.

  The county informed me that the pressure control valve near my water meter may be leaking or broken after I reported a big increase in my water bill and a constantly running toilet, even with the water to it shut off.Keep Smiling gave me an estimate of $1300-$1700 to fix the issue ($800 just to dig up the valve control box for diagnosis). After investigating the issue myself, it turns out that mud had slid into the box during a rainstorm after someone had tossed aside the cover (the green thing in the picture).All I had to do was remove the mud and shut off... the loose valve. Problem solved.I was about to pay upwards of $1700 dollars just for someone to shut off a valve. I highly recommend folks get a second opinion and carefully monitor what this company does even if you hire it.I contacted the manager to give them a chance to explain and apologize. I sent the video that I had taken while fixing the issue. He told me he needed to look into the matter, but it's been a week and I haven't heard back. It's sad to imagine how many may have fallen victim to this company without suspecting anything.

  The review mentions she "was about to pay someone upwards of $1700 dollars just for someone to shut off a valve" Why? because she assumed, just as we did, that the repair we quoted for was needed. If she knew all that was needed was for a valve to be turned off she would not have contacted us. We do not take advantage of people. We do not attempt to overcharge people. We simply made the mistake of assuming a dig and repair was necessary based on the information we started with. Zero malice intended then or now.

  I called Keep Smiling because of an add on their website that says $99 Or Its Free Drain Clearing. I had a toilet that was clogged by a cleaning attachment that was dropped in. They came out, looked at the clog and showed me 3 options to clear it. The first was $230 to just clear, and the other two went up in price all the way to replacing the toilet. I asked about the $99 and the plumber said that was to clear from the clean out plug to the street and this toilet clog was not covered. So I paid the $230 to have the work done. I later called the phone line for Keep Smiling and asked the person who answered if that $99 would cover a clogged toilet and was told it would. I also had some scratches inside the toilet that were caused by the device used to remove the clog. They sent out the customer ********************** technician who removed the scratches, but when I asked him about the $99, he said it would probably be covered, but he would look into it. A few days later I talked to him and he gave me the same story as the original plumber. I spoke with the Customer ********************** manager and the General manager who both gave me the same story, but said they would look into it. No further response. The add remains on their website - **************************************************************************************************************************************. I gave them 2 stars because the clog was removed and all of the people I spoke with were very nice.

  **** S First - The technician was super nice and on time every time Second Invoice was outrageous- I paid it , because I said I would. $500.00 for a pressure relief valve and $500.00 for a one hour diagnostic Charge. Price was right at $1000,00.After I paid it, I called another plumber to get what he would charge. He said $300.00 for the valve and $300.00 diagnostic charge. The valve cost was about $85.00. I have talked to others about Keep Smiling and they said their pricing was always high. I totally agree. Next time I will get someone else hat has honest pricing. Again the tech was super, even though I am in now in for $1,000.00 and the problem is still not fixed. They were coming out next week to try again. This would be the third visit.I called and cancelled this visit and I am getting another plumber with a more hones and reasonable price. Might recommend the tech, but will never recommend or use this company in the future. . Surely will not recommend them to anyone else. My rating is a negatives star. .Looks like others feel the same as I do when you look at their Customer Reviews Rating.

  Called for Water Heater Repair. They said they would give me free diagnostics when I called for the repair. So when technician ******************* arrives he says the unit is 2013. He was reading the Ansi code Specifications date. The build date on the same Label is 2015.After a lot of checking on his lab top he says he needs to charge $188 for the free diagnostic because he has to "Lay Hands on it.'' So like a sucker I authorized the "Lay Hands on it" diagnostic. So he unscrews the gas line - yep smell gas, then pushes the igniter button, it doesn't light. He pronounces that he has completed his diagnostics. That's what his $188 diagnostics consists of. You gotta be kidding me!

  Management contacted ******************** and we went above and beyond to locate the needed parts to repair his water heater. Upon our last conversation with ******************** he was pleased with the repairs and stated he would remove the review.

  Be Aware of this company KEEP SMILING PLUMBING & ELECTIC .I called them out for a slab leak and what I got was a pressure valve replaced, water line replaced and cpvc in my closet replaced none of that needed to be done or solve my problem. Also I was charge $ ***** for the two days and now I still have the leak and in need of a plumber. A couple of days ago my neighbor use Keep Smiling and mention what happened to me. The technician arrogantly said we should charge them more. So paid $4745 and still have the leak. BE AWARE

  Stay away from this Company if you like your money , they are ripoff .Their technician ************************** went to my house to diagnose making sure there is no leak in the house, he said he has to run diagnostic test that can take between 30 min to 1 hr, after charging my credit card fir $180 then 10 min later he Called me and said it's from your toilet. He said it's going to cost me $700 to fix it , when I asked not to fix let me compare the rate with another company he got mad and when I asked what's wrong what needs to be fixed he said I can't tell you since my work is money and said I put everything in the invoice. I told him I paid $180 and have the right to know what's wrong but he just said read the invoice and it's there and he hanged up on me. Very bad business and all they care about is your credit card number. Stay away from them

  This customer has used our ******************** previously and we went to his rental property at no cost to him to diagnose what may be causing his high water bill. We determined that multiple toilets were leaking and advised him of such and the cost to repair them to eliminate the issue. He did not like the price. We offered to give him credit on the diagnostic fee to apply towards the cost of the repairs but he declined. We have GPS on our fleet and ************** was onsite 42 minutes. He was absent during the call and all communication was via phone. We are happy to provide a copy of the invoice detailing what was found, recommended, and charged for. We did nothing wrong except give him a price he did not like.

  I have used KSP Plumbing at my house for a hot water heater inspection and not only did they do a great job by taking photos and completing all the work on time as expected but they arrived on time and acted like a professional.I have also used KSP electrical at my house after it was struck by lightning. They did an excellent job and again were on time and professional.I will definitely use them again in the future.

  This morning my daughter noticed a leak underneath her bathroom sink. I called Keep Smiling Plumbing at 11:25am and spoke with a very cheerful lady who advised me that someone could come out today. ***** called me less than 30 mins later and said that they are dispatching someone out. *********************** came out and identified the issue and fixed it in 5 mins. He had to correct another plumber's mistake. He also answered a lot of questions that I had about my fixtures and tub because I just moved into my house. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely call Keep Smiling Plumbing and Electric for any future fixes.
