    I purchased a seat on the Ultimate Party Bus to go to the Essence Festival for $150.00. The bus was scheduled to leave on July 6th at 12AM. July 5th I received an e-mail from ***************************** that she could not get enough people on the bus to cover the expense of the bus, and therefore she had to cancel the bus. She promised a full refund within 5-7 business day. Now it is 8/5/2024 a full month later, and I have yet to received a refund. ******* has now stopped responding to my e-mails. This is completely unacceptable, and her business needs to be reported for Fraud as I had two other friends that the same thing happened too. Your help in this matter would be appreciated.
