Tree service - was promised to charge me by day and told me they will finish in a day. Then three days later they did not finish. 2 month later they never came back. When contacting them, they either give excuses or ignore. They promised and did not deliver what was promised. They told me also they will give warranty and receipt and nothing was given to me.

On July 24, 2024 my parents ( who are in their 90's) called Arbor Solutions Tree Service came out to remove 2 trees that had fallen in our yard. The one tree is from the neighbors yard that fell into our property. When it fell it fell to where it is crossing the creek in our backyard. They came out and supposedly did what they were suppose to ( so they told my parents, who is unable to walk back their and actually see what they did and trusted what Arbor Solutions Tree Service told them). Well when I got home and walked back there I automatically seen that they just cut some of it and the tree is still crossing over the creek and now causing a blockage. So when it rains the water cant flow through like it should and is now going to cause my backyard to start flooding ( which its currently raining as we speak and water is steady rising ) My workshop is in the back yard which will get flooded as well. I tried contacting them the next day which was July 25, 2024 and no answer, tried calling back several more times and leaving a message still nothing till they called my father back on August 15, 2024 ( 3 weeks later) and told him that his truck wouldn't crank but promised to be over the same day ( August 15th ) before the night was over. Waited for him and no show, waited all day Friday ( August 16th ) and no show. Tried calling on the 16th, 17th, and 18th of August and now once again he doesn't answer. My parents paid him $3,500.00 and they wouldn't give them a receipt ( they only have the bank statement and copy of check as proof they paid him). This company I feel took advantage of my parents cause they are elderly and was unable to check the work they did. All we are wanting is for them to come out and finish the job they started, and provide us with a receipt. Now if it floods the backyard then we are going to have to take legal actions against them. Their website says that their Customers come first and Satisfaction Guarantee which is all a lie.

I have spoken to the customer. The portion of the tree that was left was not part of the original agreement. The agreement was to remove the tree from the clients property. We performed the job that we were hired to do. The area that he is speaking about is behind their property. We are going to remove the extra 2 feet that they have requested.
