    John C******** drove heavy work truck on my front yard to side of my back yard by fence to get to palm tree. Heavy truck tire imprint marks were left in the soil and damaged underneath sprinkler system parts in my yard. He even cut the neighbors tree limb without permission to get to our palm tree leaves when he claim he got permission. John C******** claim it was going to fix it our damage, since he had prior sprinkler system experience. He never came to look nor fix, Then he said he'll pay for damage afte by check. I even offered my **** *** And ****** since he claim the first one was lost in the mail. I feel he lied and dodging my husband and I calls and texts for $226.xx

    As a business owner I have the right to validate claims against my business and respond accordingly.  In this case, I did inspect the claims when Mr ****** had said he would be out of town. Having said that, the original check was sent out and they never received it through the regular mail. At that point due to all of the rexts and phone calls I wanted to validate the invoice that was sent as well which I reserve the right to do as well and contact the sprinkler repair service to ensure the invoice was valid and accurate. That inquiry was finally completed yesterday and a check is going out certified mail today or in the morning depending on the office managers schedule today.

     

    No refund for services rendered is due. Service was completed and no one in my company said to the ******'s that we had permission to cut anything from the neighbors tree. Not sure where any of that came from.

     

    Nonetheless the invoice has been properly validated and payment for fixing the water line is being issued.  Please remove this complaint after it has been resolved.

    I got paid 226.26 for the lawn damage yesterday can you close/remove the complaint on BBB website.... thanks.
