In 1991, after working in the pipeline construction business for 10 years, Herbert W. Crawford founded Crawford Grading and Pipeline in Luthersville, GA.  The company was incorporated in 1993.  We specialize in the installation of water, sanitary sewer and storm drain projects for city, county, government, and private entities.  Our company consists of 50 + full time employees. We have a Georgia and Alabama Utility Contractors License and the President, Herbert W. Crawford, has a Georgia Utility Managers License. We are an approved contractor for the Alabama and Georgia Department of Transportations.
