Had to shorten this complaint: see photo-He mentioned sometime the following week it would be ready. The following week came- then magically he had to put his dog down and stop working on my vehicle. "But I'll finish it up next week!" he claimed. Onto the next week- still no car and he started ignoring my calls. He finally answered on Wednesday and told me that my car would be ready Saturday morning. When Saturday came he never answered my calls, soI got a ride to his shop- it was closed upon my arrival. I called ****** about 20 times on Saturday- no return call. Sunday morning I started calling him again- after the 11th call he answered- I asked about my car- ******'s exact words were: "I never told you that your car would be ready on Saturday! Why would I tell you that if I was going to be at a funeral in *****?!"After we exchanged some heavy foul words back and forth, ** called my attorney and told him the story. My attorney called ********** told my attorney that he was at a funeral in *******...Wait ******, didn't you tell me Texas? And the lies and horrible service continue. My car was finally ready the week after which put me without my car for a month- 7/3. The issue here is if he would've communicated effectively- you know like a business owner should've this outcome could've been different. The body work was good- not great, but after getting it back I realized he didn't replace one of my fog lights, my active air grille shutter and my check engine light was on- which it wasn't on before. I recently took my car to ****** and having to spend $795 for an active air grille shutter that should've been replaced by ******. Not only that ****** sent me photos of some wires that look to be cut- the only way to get to those wire is by taking the front end off- which is exactly what ****** had to do. ****** stated "whoever had their hands on these wires definitely cut them, whether it was on purpose (which I believe) or by accident, but they were cut."

In response to the complaint of C Chanel *******, I completed the work that was approved by her insurance company. She was a verbal abuse customer I remember coming back home and the conversation was she didn't give a ----- who died she wanted her so so car . I did have family issues first I had to put my dog down and the same week I had a immediate family member to pass away out of town. People do have family issues to deal with. Concerning this customer she did not pay her $500.00 deductible also her car was cut off from her dealership due to not receiving payment, we did not do any damage to her vehicle. I have all the paperwork on what we repairs that was completed. In addition the amount she is requesting half of the amount the insurance issue to my company for the completed repairs.
