    My son, *********************, attended this daycare. On January 22, 2024 Executive Director, *********************, stated to my son's father that we were in arrears for two weeks of daycare in the amount of $420. He paid $200 and immediately called to let me know. We were NOT behind with payments and I called to tell her I had receipts, as I paid with APPLE PAY, to show I was current with all payments and also that the payments were made to her directly. She was very nasty , mean, rude, and unprofessional. She denied access to us uploading the receipts so my mom took them directly to daycare. ************* was very nasty and rude to my mom and she refused to continue speaking with her and spoke with office manager who provided email address and mom emailed them and verified receipt of them before leaving the daycare as this was proof that the receipts were provided to the center. The unprofessional executive director stated the account would NOT be updated and she denied us full access to the childcare app where we could see my child's activities and/or upload the receipts. Due to her hostile behavior, my mom refused to deal with her but she provided proof of the payment of $420 (attached) and we requested refund of the additional $200 that was paid due to incorrect information provided (also shown on attached). The reasons continue to change as to why she has not provided the refund and the adjustment - first it was we had to talk to her, then she told my son'sfather that she couldn'tbecause she didn'tknow "who" I paid. I have been very consistent - SHE took my payment and I have proof I paid the center (attached). She said we needed to talk to her, Well we tried talking to her initially and I told her that I paid HER and I provided receipts - what more do we need to discuss? When I called to ask why full access was denied, she told me that if I didn't feel comfortable to come get him, which I immediately did. Why should I have to subject myself to her hostility and disrespect? She has EVERYTHING she needs to make the correction. My child has attended since August and I've never had a billing problem until she came on the scene in December and started taking payments. This was the 2nd incident. I had to show receipts to resolve the 1st incident a couple of weeks prior to this time - each time I paid and owed nothing. I'm not sure what this lady is doing with the monies but I don't have any assistance to pay for daycare and I won't be a victim of her fraud. And I want to protect any other persons who may fall victim to her and feel they can do nothing to stop her bad behavior. Please assist.

    I am rejecting this response because: To say you have no acknowledgment when there is a paper trail of dates, payments, & emails shows YOUR intellectual groundwork upon your response & further proves the character of Ms.***** the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. No amount of pride could ever make me get on the World Wide Web & type a full blown lie I made in representation of my mothers childcare facility especially when the mistake on my behalf can simply be fixed with a full refund for the amount you stated was not paid . What does sign in/out records & dates have to do with you having NO RECORDS OF THE PAYMENTS PROVIDED on the dates shown in the screenshots below, in which you stated were not provided. You were also EMAILED RECEIPTS OF PAYMENT. Business is business , honor the wrong doing / accident & keep it pushing . No humility when provided receipts on the internet in your response is truly insane . I wish you peace & humility, especially around those absorbent young children .

    I am rejecting this entire complaint due to false accusations. This is starting to become harassment due to this entire household writing on every social platform discrediting and lying about the company's service. I will no longer respond to something that is untrue and absurd.
