    I made a purchase on March ******* of DTF printer that had been advertised by this business. I paid ******* for the printer, shaker and setup in full. Upon completion of the delivery/setup the printer was having issues not printing and working properly. We had several conversations through text messages over a span of months and some facetimes. After some time of contact with him a part was received on April 24th. I finally received the part that I was told was the problem. He was said the manufacture overlooked it and it needed to be replaced. He assured me it would fix the issue. I received that part which did not fit the machine. When it arrived, it didn't fit as I said to him previously, and he then acknowledged I was correct, and he overlooked my pictures showing him this. Now Commumication continued further on and off for months on what he was going to do to fix this issue at it was approaching June and I still was unable to use this printer. Eventually he said he would send me a new printer and replace the old one as it was updated and he was unaware. I received the new printer on May 31st, but he was unable to come set it up as he had other customers and couldn't fit me in the schedule. We facetimed and I set up the new printer only to have the EXACT SAME issues. I contacted him and he wanted to get us on a call with the manufacture as he was unsure what to do. I was unavailable on June 1st when he asked to join but gave him another day I could sit down and talk with them. I never received a response. I text back on June 12th reminding him of the issue and it needing to be resolved. He stated he had been out of town. I gave him several other days over a span of 2 weeks I was available to set up a call to get this taken care of. I received a reaction of a heart to my text but no acknowledgement of the issue still since that day. I reached out to an attorney, and they are on standby but suggested I reach out to the BBB and see if we can get this resolved.
