    Booked a party bus with ******************************* at ************ on June 7th. I paid the deposit of $200 directly to the company via *******, once my card was finally ran. Note, this was after calling back hours later to see why the payment hadn't been processed. My group then had a change of date which I submitted on the 13th to ******* he said great the bus is available deposit will be transferred and he will send the contract that night, I still had not received the correct contract with the updated date until the 17th of June. Long story short after finally receiving the correct contract for our event, we had unforeseen circumstances and had to cancel. I emailed ******* and the company at the email addresses he previously responded from at 7:40am on the 2nd of July. I checked my email after 2pm and still hadn't received a reply so I messaged the website via the contact information page as well as called. I found it strange that my number on file was going unanswered but when I called from my work cell ******* picked up immediately at 2:37pm he stated he never saw the email after pointing out where and when I sent it he finally located the messages and stated we are well under the cancellation timeframe and will begin working on the refund and cancellation. That was on the 2nd of July, it is now the 8th and I have been reaching our to ******************************* at Pure Party Bus and he refuses to respond to me via text(says delivered -iphone to iphone), email, etc. I have even gone as far to reach out and send direct messages on instagram. It is now 4:15PM and I still have not heard anything back. I just do not like feeling like I am being scammed when I see new postings on their instagram from the 4th and reviews that says they just booked with him 6days ago so why am I not being responded to after my funds have been collected. I need my groups refund asap and I need this contract canceled as I requested in a timely manner and was told it will be done and proccessed on the 2nd.

    HELLO. I WAS OUT OF TOWN. NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE. WE HAVE REFUNDED HER MONEY AS SOON AS I WAS AWARE THAT THE MISTAKE WAS MADE. i HAVE ATTACHED THE ***** THREAD AND RECIEPT OF REFUND TO THE CLIENT. SHE TOLD ME SHE CLOSED THIS CASE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE TO ALL INVOLVED
