      I ordered items that were received damaged, the box they shipped my products in was clearly to small for the amount i ordered. It was highly bulging at the top of the box, and when I opened it one of the bottles had leaked all over the box and others were smashed. All I wanted was a replacement for the bottle that had leaked all over all the rest of the items.
      The smashed bottles were still usable but not the way i would have preferred to recieve them. I expect items i payed for to be recieved in good condition and I have tried to contact the business several times with no response from them. They have continued to ignore my emails. I am no happy with this company because I like their products but I see that others have had issues with this company also! Even if I was to let this issue go, I'm concerned I will only have future problems.

      The reviews speak for themselves this brand takes customers money and doesn’t ship the order or doesn’t send all items and customer service nor the owner of the brand will respond unless your bank gets involved

      On July 7, 2021, I received Camille Rose product with broken seal, most of the products was spilled out, into the package it was delivered in, I did not feel safe using the product . I contacted Camille Rose and new product was sent to me. I continued to use Camille Rose product and on November 16, 2023, it happened again, but this time I emailed Camille Rose and there has been no response. There product is very expensive, and you think the company budget better in their shipping department so that their customers do not have the inconvenience of wiping their product off the floors or furniture. I through out the product, and I will not be using Camille Rose product going forward.

      I recently purchased an order and received it on ******* ****** *** 2023. I ordered 10 items and only received 9. I reached out and haven't received any response (only a bot that said they would respond soon). Based on previous reviews, this is not the first time. The products are amazing, and I understand what I am paying for when I purchase and receive the items. However, I am not okay with a 20.00 product missing from my order. Customer service is key, and they do not have it as they have no one available to address order discrepancies and customer concerns.
