The Inn is advertised as “4-star” and luxurious, but our room was small, dark and smelled of mold and the dogs they allow to stay in it. The loud air conditioner kept me awake most of the night. There was a TV remote, but no set (?). The bathroom sink was clogged and the plastic shower curtain was slimy. I asked the General Manager for an explanation, but he never replied.

It is always the Inn’s mission to ensure every guest has an enjoyable and comfortable visit. Unfortunately for those in the hospitality industry, everyone’s opinions differ.
This account is the opinion of a customer who refused all efforts to correct any issue he had with the room. He was in the room for two hours before bringing any issue to the forefront. This was done via email and not to the staff on property at the time.
Following this gentleman’s stay he was refunded for his stay. This was done the same day he checked out after a 15 minute phone call with the General Manager.
