    I stopped by Connected Auto on October 25th to speak to a friend .The owner Alexis C****** meet me and said he has a car too show me. He was very persistent all the while claiming SUV to be in good condition. I told him I wasn't ready still he proceeded to allow me to see inside the car. At no point during our conversation as credit is being run did he point me to a sign or Verbally say this car is as is NO warranty, of course I know what that means so I'm NOT purchasing .
    So I came back the next day car is being driven by him Still no sticker in site. I came the day after and he asked me to take pic in car I did Not see on the right there is a paper in car still I'm blinded until me and my Brother in law fronts him about these major car issues now he show me pic and says you signed
    I sent several text. I purchased a **** ******** on 10/30/23..It wouldn't shut off on Dec 8th so. I called him he came said oh this is a electrical issue told me to take to dealership so I did .My car was there until January 4th they diagnosed it as having a Bad **** system 3,000 I paid to have it done and once they found that the transmission was not responding meaning it has to be replaced this car was bad from the point of sale putting my life
    in danger..I had to put 1,800 down and this car is being financed @ ****** this is horrible paying a car Note on a car I can't drive ..I even got a second opinion to ease my mind .******** dealership came back with same diagnosis on transmission. Now this job is well outta my range I even bought and extended warranty that may not even cover these Ridiculous costs 6,000 .I'm asking for these repair COST to be fixed .I take responsibility for not asking Questions and yes I see my mistake as I signed the Contract dealership was Deceitful .I have 2- witness that can say this car while in MY presence didn't have a paper in Window .He takes photo after look at my car no Tag in windows and look at other photos.That car was on property without sign.

    I appreciate your concerns, but our records indicate that we offered ***. ****** a warranty through another lender, which she chose to decline. Additionally, there are pictures suggesting that the "as is" paperwork was indeed in the window during the vehicle purchase. *** ****** also signed as is paperwork while purchasing this vehicle. We recommend reviewing the provided evidence to ensure accuracy in assessing the situation.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I'm not Satisfied with this decision  regarding Mr C******. Irregardless of this warranty paper still  being signed he  Deceitfully Sold a car  he neva verbally spoke on AS is Nothing nor did he  provide Diagnostic papers when asked  and this car have well over 10,000 in damages..The integrity of the man is Horrible ,unethical and dishonest. Who sell Cars to anyone putting ones life in danger with I#1 a Faulty **** system Transmission/ Radiator repairs. a I'm having to pay a car Note . This car was financed at 17,000 .He cares nothing about the people he put in financial ruin . This should be unlawful. God will Never let you Mr. C****** Win this , your struggle gone be real real real. The prayers of the righteous availeth much. This should never have happened , but you're able to enjoy your vehicles Heartless Greedy  soul , but when Karma come .I will continue to seek Justice in this case. 

    Never once during our conversation did you Verbally say this car is being Sold  as is ..I would have never purchased. All I'm asking us for help on these repairs . My ********* will Not Cover due too time Frame of car Breakdown 35-days of purchase Never even enjoyed the car I'm now stuck with for 5 yrs and your Heart is Cold waxed man this is Sicknen ..All I want is Justice, own your wrong and due right by those you Sell these cars too ! None should have to go through this .
