      I used career pro global to assist me with my ECQ preparation. I could not have been more impressed with their process. After the company explained the reasonable fee structure and I accepted, I was paired with my writer Karl S. Karl took the time to understand my background and ask very pointed questions to get me thinking about which topics would work best to explain my executive qualifications. Their process takes something so daunting and important and breaks it down into manageable pieces to craft the best product to highlight your executive experience. After the project was completed I made multiple certs for positions I had applied for and was offered a spot in a candidate development program and also a position as an SES. My package went through the QRB process the first time and was approved! I am very grateful that I found such a professional company to trust with my career aspirations!

      Career Pro has provided a phenomenal service to me / helping to get my full SES package ready. Karl was always available and communicated clearly and expeditiously. He assisted me with my ECQ's, my TQ's and my SES resume. I've already been referred for an SES position, with this package - I am so grateful for his work, his patience, and his dedication to my career. ***Of note, I personally found the "dictation" tool so very helpful to provide Karl the info he needed for my ECQ's and TQ's. Dictating allowed me to provide my stories naturally without having to stop and re-type, check for grammar, etc. It saved a TON of time and allowed me to get my info back to Karl quicker. I highly recommend using the dictation tool!       Career Pro provides a great service! Heather did an impressive job with my resume. She was communicative and transparent. She offered to expedite my resume after completing the questionnaire so I can apply for a job I was somewhat interested in. I appreciated the offer but declined because I wanted her best work, which I definitely got. I also appreciated the instructions to upload my resume through the resume builder in case my resume couldn't be uploaded. Can't wait to see the results of her work.
