    Just got a phone call from a debt collector saying that I owe Big Blue Marble money. This is the first I have heard of this. No mail, no other phone calls. My children haven't attend Big Blue since *** **** of 2024. At time time I was an employee there at that particular location. When I signed my children up I signed a waiver allowing Big Blue to draft my account for my children's tuition. I also had **** as well. Anyway they have put on my credit report that I owe ****** ******** 123.00. I'm confused as I feel I shouldn't owe anything if my account was automatically drafted when I signed my 2 children up. If there is anyway someone could help me resolve this and get it off of my credit report that would be great. This company has done me wrong in so many ways but I don't like confrontation but am getting frustrated especially with a debt that I do not owe.
