I recently attended this program which was 10 weeks long, held in a dentist office it states in the student disclaimer that our money goes towards materials for the class but we had to roam around different suites in order to find instruments and then we didn't have every instrument. It also stated that we would have a dummy (fred) but we never seen fred. The instructor got an attitude when students ask questions and made unprofessional jokes low balling us. The instructor also stated that the only hands on learning will get is from job shadowing which is pointless for me to pay over $3,000 for a program thats not going to teach. We couldn’t take nothing home to practice with we had to buy stuff on our own. 15 student crammed in one suite with only one instructor which made it hard for people to see, and you cant ask the instructor a question without wondering is she going to make you feel less of a person. My whole experience was a waste of money and i dont recommend this to no one! ******** ****** *************************** ACCELERATED DENTAL ASSIST ****** ******* ** ***** **

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We regret that you feel the course did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that we take our students' concerns seriously and continuously make necessary adjustments to enhance the experience for future students.

However, we are pleased to share that many of your classmates felt well-prepared to begin their careers as dental assistants and satisfied with the hands-on clinic experience. We intentionally design our course to prepare students for the dental assistant workforce through job shadowing and on-the-job training to ensure they receive additional hands-on experience.

After carefully reviewing all relevant details and considering our refund policy, we have determined a refund is not applicable in this case. Our policy, which is designed to ensure fairness and consistency, does not cover the specific circumstances of your request. We would like to confirm that you have received our service in full and will be receiving your Dental Assisting certificate as agreed.

Thank you again for your input. It helps us immensely in our efforts to enhance the program.

    All the best,

    Accelerated Academy
