    On ****/2023 I spent almost $200 only to be sold items that where used and boxed up as if they were new. This is passed unexceptional . I have attached pictures below. There needs to be an investigation of this place.

    Hello my name is Belal owner of Golden Deals **** ********** ** ****** ** ****** I am responding to the complaint that was filed against my business. I have a liquidation store the way this business work, we buy liquidation  truck loads from big retailers and we sell the merchandise for dirt cheap prices and merchandise is sold as is but we do have an open box station in the store where customers can go to our open box station and our staff will open the boxes for the customers to check if the product is in working condition or if it’s missing any pieces after that the customer will decide if they want to buy that product or not . Our store policy is all over the store inside and out

    I am rejecting this response because: The response was incentive.  They was no alternative offered.  I know the signs say as is but this is outside of that. Pleases see the pictures.  I'm aware of the price but you should have some kinds of accountability for the item your selling, as is means used items closed and sealed in boxes to make customers believe the items in the boxes are new and working. This is unexceptable and selfish ??
