    I made an appointment to get my eye lashes done on January 20th @****. Due to the merchants messaging that very boldly highlights the importance of being on time, along with a $25 non-refundable fee JUST to make the appointment, I showed up 5 minutes early. There were no cars in the parking lot, and the business was closed. I texted Lisa to see if she was there, with no response. I waited until **** to walk up to the door of the business to see if it was unlocked, and it was locked and closed. I attempted to call her several times without success. I waited until 10:20am to leave, for she has a very strict policy after 15 minutes late your appointment is cancelled. I then texted her for her to call me to reschedule the appointment or refund my money. I did not receive a response after 7 hours, even though I could clearly see she had read the messages several hours prior. I then texted her at 5pm to let her know how unprofessional the situation was, and demanded a refund for I had worked my day around this appointment. She then texted back shortly after saying her "****** had been killed by a drunk driver that morning", yet she was still booking appointments for the following day and posting advertisements on ******** at the same time with no mention of her ******s "passing". It has been 4 days and I still haven't received a refund, an apology, or anything. 0/10 recommend this business. I believe she is running a scam operation, for other customers have had the same issues.
