    Paul Davis was in charge of my home restoration due to a water loss. The project has been a mess from the beginning, with poor communication throughout the process leading to a lien being placed on my home; however that was taken care of. The issue now is that the flooring that was put in has gapping that is causing planks to shift. This is covered under the warranty for the work. My project manager **** ** ** ****** **** *** *******) told me this and even told me to expect the gaps to occur, to call it in. It’s been a month since I filed the complaint with the new project head, and no one has contacted me to come out and fix the flooring where it has gaps. The last thing I heard was that the contractors should be contacting me, but they have not, and I am starting to feel as though this will never be resolved. I just want the work fixed and done right so I can feel confident about my home again. Right now I have tape on various locations because I am trying to prevent more shifting and any moisture entering under the boards. Any help in facilitating a resolution would be appreciated.

    Hello.

    Project Coordinator responded that original fflooring company was indeed unresponsive. 

    Coordinator is working on scheduling another flooring subcontractor to inspect.  

    This was communicated to the customer.
