    On Aug 28, 2024, I purchased a 2 ton Cased Coil from Baker Distributing Co and paid cash for the purchase, I later learned the Coil was the wrong item needed, so I returned the coil the next day and was told since I paid cash, the company did not have the cash on hand to give me a refund and a check would be mailed to me within 2-4 weeks.

    I waited 2 weeks, no check, went into the office to get an update, the manager told me he would send an email to follow up, I heard nothing. I waited 4 weeks, no check, went into the office again and was told the check was on the way, it has now been 6 weeks, I went into the office once again and was told the Finance Dept never responded to any of the emails that was sent to them by the manager at the location I did business with.

    I went into the office today (Oct 11, 2024) and asked the manager has he heard anything on my refund check, he said, they was working on it, I have exhausted all efforts, the only thing I get from the local manager is that he will send them an email for updates, he never calls the Finance Dept or call me back to give me an update, I'd like to get my refund.
