    June 2022 Jeffry installed my above ground pool that I purchased at * *** *. I was told by the pool store I had to use him in my contract, he was the official installer and if I did not use him my warranty would be void. He installed my pool and the motor would not start. Once started, my pool began to leak within 2 days. The pipes were not installed and sealed with tape and glue correctly, so they continue to leak. Multiple times Jeffery came out to slap more glue on top of the leaks, only for them to leak again in about 3 weeks and spring new leaks. He refused to come out in October and fix the last leaks, but swore he came. The pool was not being used for swimming off season, and now that we are trying to use it again, once again the leaks are springing everywhere. When I called him he said, he did not know who I was and that he has moved out of state and is no longer in the pool installation business. I called * *** * and they are looking into what can be done, since they are not pool installers, they only sell them. However, they wrote this man into my sales contract and told me I had to use him as the installer or my warranty would be void. Who is responsible for taking out these faulty installed pipes and once and for all installing them correctly? I paid 8 grand for a pool that has done nothing but leak since day one. Monday **** *** new pump won't start ****** **** **- pool already leaking ****** **** ***- old leaks back and new leaks sprung ******* ****** **- old leaks once again leaking and leaks further down at pump started ******* ***- old leaks once again leaking and several new leaks sprang, water is now spraying out instead of just dripping. Pool not being used in off season, still leaking on low pump, Jeffery refuses to come fix it (says he did, but he did not, I have security cameras). ****** *** **- pool pump back on high to shock pool for swimming, old leaks, new leaks, water spraying everywhere and yard filling with water.
