  PROJECT OUTLINE – **** ***** ***** ***** Install (7) pallets of Centipede sod, Remove Jasmine from fence, Install (2) tons of River Rock and weed fabric, Install catch basin at corner of driveway and drain to backyard, Remove clogged drain pipes at corner of house and install new black drain pipes, Remove clogged drain pipes at corner of house and install new black drain pipes, check and clear all drain pipes. All labor and materials included. Project and labor estimate and actual cost may vary based on materials cost variance or adjustment to anticipated project needs. Total cost $5,275.00, 50% due upon signing of this agreement – 50% due upon completion of the projects. On ****** * signed a proposal and gave the owner of company a deposit of 2700.00. Project completed ******* and owner was paid the remaining 2575.00.
  When the project was completed we had not had any significant rain. Once we had a significant amount of rain, I noticed one drain pipe was not draining properly. I also was not aware that my chain link fence was cut by the workers when removing the Jasmine. I contacted the owner, who after several months, came out to look at the drain & fence. When he saw the cuts in the fence, he stated he hadn't seen that the fence had been cut either and then said something like, how would the workers have been able to get the Jasmine off the fence. My response was: I should have been contacted, I certainly wouldn’t have said cut my fence”. His worker measured the length needed for replacement. He told me he would get it ordered and have someone out to take care of the two projects. Weeks later I tried to contact the owner leaving voice mails asking him to give me a call. When he did answer my calls he would give me a certain day when someone would come out to the house and snake the drain and replace the fence. No one ever showed, nor was I ever given the courtesy of a text or call that they were not coming. As of today ******** no results.
