    I purchased a bottle from this store and it had no seal on it!! When I took it back of course there is no returns. I still had to purchase another because of course I’m not drinking that!! Picture on the left is the bottle without the seal and the one on the right is the new one I purchased. I would never go back to this place but it’s the only one in my area!! Sigh

    Bottle was sold with seal on, as confirmed by two employees, and was not brought back for return until the next day. We cannot accept returns of potentially opened bottles as that is illegal.

    I am rejecting this response because: the plastic was not on the bottle. I have never experienced a bottle not having the plastic seal on it. I purchased the bottle at almost closing time so I was unable to bring it back until the next morning when I then purchased a bottle with the seal on it. I went through your drive through and it was only one employee which was the lady who actually sold the unsealed bottle to me! I have never had an issue with this store before in the * years I have been going here and normally purchase the bigger bottle so the plastic is hard to miss. Unfortunately this was an unsealed bottle which I still have currently because I was to afraid to drink it therefore is why I purchased another one. The bottle shouldn’t have been sold period without that seal!
