I was offered a job as a package handler verifying packages that were shipped to customers. When my one month pay date approached I was offered a promotion to purchaser, but the catch was that I would have to buy stuff with my own credit card, I didn’t have the time or money to do that so I turned down the offer. My payday day came and went and I didn’t get paid, at first I thought it was because it was a Sunday/Holiday weekend, but then I got locked out out my access on their website. I checked back here at the bbb website and found all these complaints with my same story. I am concerned, they have my personal info and bank account information for direct deposit. Now Tim’s and Ernie’s phones are “busy” and Nia’s just goes to voicemail. I have two shipments coming this week.

On April **, I was hired with Transcoast Cargo. I watched all the HR videos. I then got contacted by Felix S****, Amber D***, and Chef L*******.
I started my first May ** 2023 and I was supposed to make a base pay $2800 a month with $30 dollars a shipment. Added to the base payment. I was supposed to get paid on June *, 2023. I had my payment on the dashboard in which I log in on everyday.
On Friday June *, 2023 I was scammed by Transcoast Cargo. I didn’t get paid direct deposit and now I am out of work

    Date of the transaction

The amount of money you paid the business?
Approximately $100 in gas for trips to *** & *****. Also, for packing materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape) and paper used to print out labels.

What is the business committed to providing you?
The business committed to paying me $2800 a month base pay to receive packages, open them and inspect content, take pictures of the package received, upload photos to a database they provided me access to, remove all previous labels, print out labels via my home printer, secure label to package, and deliver to ***, *****, or ****. There was even a bonus of $30 for each package appropriately processed and shipped out within 3 hours of the label being ready within the database they provided access. I was to be paid after my 30 days probationary period. I started the process of a package on ****. The company said I would be paid on ****.

What is the nature of the dispute?
They did not pay me for the services rendered. I provided them with my personal bank account information so they could make a direct deposit. I had to contact my bank to find a way to prevent my account from being fraudulently attacked. I want to help others avoid this happening to them. Everything looked legitimate as a company, including the website. There were multiple supervisors (Chef Linwood & Amber Dane) and a manager (Felix Sharp) I had contact with via the database email and phone. An electronic contract was sent to me from their Human Resources Department. Brand name: Transcoast Cargo - Legal name: Transcoast Express LLC - Employer Identification Number (EIN): ********** - Phone: ************

Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem?
No one from the company has tried to fix the problem. There have not been any responses to my calls or emails.

I thought I was applying to Transcoast Cargo as a Parcel Specialist. The company is not legitimate, and after refusing to ship out products per my local law enforcement, they started harassing me with 20+ calls, 15+ texts, and 15+ emails per day. They are still sending me packages even though I can no longer access the dashboard. HR is refusing to respond to my email demanding compensation for my pay.

I was hired with Transcoast Cargo at the ending of April. I was told that I would have to work for a month straight before getting paid because it was a work from home job. I started *****/23 and I have been in contact with 3 supervisors through email and text. Nia M********* ******** , Ernie F******* ********* and Tim S*********** ******** . They gave me access to my account on their website ********************************************* now I’ve been locked out of my account and I haven’t been able to get in contact with either one of them except Tim S******. When I mentioned that I had been locked out of my account he instantly hung up and I assume blocked my number because none of my calls have gone though. I was set to be paid on the 25th of May for 2400 dollars and I have not received a penny nor a phone call back.

I was hired by this company, Transcoast Cargo \ Transcoast Express on *** **, 2023…
I was contacted by Sara J******, she sent over to me documents for me to sign for a job where I could work from home and make good money.. I was informed that the job would pay me $4,000 for a full months work, plus the bonus money that I make by delivering the package that is either sent to my home, or I have to go and pick it up from various places. And I would have to ship it on the same day, to get this bonus … Which in this case I’m owed $4,000 plus $220.00 bonus, not to mention time, energy and wasting my gas, paying out of pocket expenses to ship the product. The manager is Tim S******. ******************************* *** ************** Supervisor: Ernie F** . ***************************** *** *************….. Supervisor Nia M**** **************************** ************* These are the numbers that I have from them…. After working a full month, I didn’t get paid, I contacted all of the numbers and emails, that they gave me, The supervisor Nia contacted me and assured me that I would get paid, but then quickly stopped all communication and I am still owed this money for expenses, gas, time, $4,420.00….This has been a nightmare, a horrible experience, people out there really pray on innocent people… Offer them a job, and think everything seems legitimate… You trust them with all of your personal information as if applying for a real job… These people have my D.OB. , my #SSN , my address, email… I am reaching out to anyone who can assist me in this matter.
