    I wish i could leave no stars or negative stars. I waited a month for him to show up then when he gets there, he is only there 5 minutes and says everything is working as it should. If it messes up again call me. I told him it was not drying and he said i would need to buy a new dryer instead of fixing the problem. not happy at all. never use him

    This company was contracted to fix my washing machine through my home warranty policy with American Home Shield. This company selected a date to come out to my home to without consulting me. I found out about the appointment through my AHS account portal. I called Sanders Appliance and told them that noone ever called me to schedule that appointment and that I'd need to reschedule because I wouldn't be home. I described what was going on with my washing machine. He said that he'd order the parts. I haven't seen or heard from him since and its been almost a month. I would never recommend this company or American Home Shield to anyone.

    He is absolutely horrible and I had him permanently removed from being able to come to my home. June of 2022 he was sent to repair my washing maching and dishwasher. It took him weeks before he came to fix my washing machine and by then the problem escalated. I had to get my handy man to come and fix. He then lied to the warranty company about not being able to fix my dishwasher. Well another company came out and was immediately able to fix what he swore he could not do. He cost me money and time. He is a terrible contractor and I would NEVER use his service ever again.
