I purchased a 2021 ****** **** ******. Twenty four hours later lights appeared product update was needed and started making a ticking sound.Under the warranty I was told I can go to any ****** dealer in ** where I reside and all ****** companies do not take third party warranties. I informed Capitol Cycle for these reasons I want to return the bike and Sales Manager Matt stated they don’t do returns. I stated that is no where in the contract it staes you don’t do returns. Please assist with this matter because I DONOT want this bike.

    Business Response

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how
important it is for your motorcycle to be in top condition, and we want to clarify
    a few points.

Firstly, our company policy, which is standard across the
industry, does not allow returns on motorcycles once they have been purchased
and delivered; it is consistent with general practices in vehicle sales.

Regarding the “ticking sound” you mentioned, this is a
characteristic of the engine design in the 2021 ****** *********** It is common
and typical for this model and does not necessarily indicate a defect. However,
we understand your concern and want to ensure you feel confident in your
    purchase.

As you should be well aware based on previous conversations,
we are currently working with both the Extended Service provider and local
dealers to confirm that your warranty can be honored at a nearly authorized
location. This process is ongoing, and we will keep you updated as we aim to
resolve the situation in a timely manner.

We appreciate your patience and remain committed to helping
you get the most out of your motorcycle.

The situation was resolved as far as the warranty. However customers should be made aware of their return policy rather there is one or not.
