    I looked online as I was looking for a certified pre-owned low mileage. Infiniti. Buying over the phone was easy. Everything else has been a nightmare.
    I was purchasing an advertised CPO vehicle with 29,000 miles. When the salesman delivered the car, it had 34,000 mi and obvious cigarette burns and a smell of cigarette smoking in the vehicle.
    I had agreed to purchase over the phone based on the advertisement on their website and the assurance of their salesperson.
    I paid extra to have the card delivered 2 hours away since I'd already had another car deal go bad.
    When the car arrived, the salesperson advised that they had cracked my windshield. We went over an IOU for the damage and the smoke, A
    And the missing mats that had been promised in the videos and text messages prior to agreeing to the purchase.
    Signed the paperwork and the salesperson wasn't even 10 minutes away when we noticed the mileage discrepancy.
    Immediately called the salesperson was told they would handle it. Have not been able to get a straight answer since. It appears the car was used as a loaner which is where the cigarette burns and other damage came from that wasn't depicted on any of the videos or pictures.
    Have made over a hundred calls to this dealership and of course we paid cash so no help for us. They've had my car for 3 weeks. They've been driving it back and forth from ******* to Macon, will not tell us what's going on, cannot give us a date on when it will be done, cannot explain why people are driving 90 mph in the vehicle or why they're racking up hundreds of miles on a car that already has 5,000 more miles on it than it should.
    Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns phone calls, you can't get a straight answer, don't give these people your money!
    And of course I don't have any title, paperwork or Bill of sale either.
    Run away! Do not purchase from them.

    I bought a brand new 2025 **** and the hatch back stopped working. My car has been up there since 6/1/25. The problem started in May. They can’t fix it . Now they saying they have to call an engineer in . And he’s backed up. I said yo all need to replace this truck for another. I will not go back to this place once I get my problem solved.

    The absence of negative ratings here is surprising; I would rate them a negative five stars.
    On March 15, 2025, I sold my car to this dealership and neglected to review the bill of sale. The finance manager, Stacey H********, is someone to avoid. He didn't even sign the document, and after making around 7-8 calls over the course of a week—speaking with their salesperson April and another individual whose name I can't recall—it took them several days to send me a single signed piece of paper.
    Now, nearly 30 days later, my loan remains unpaid, and I find myself in a difficult situation. I have attempted to reach out to them, but it is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer service. There has been no courtesy shown in returning my calls.
    Stay away from this dealership & specific these people - Stacey H******** (Finance Manager), Chris (Finance), Miss. April (Salesperson)
    They have blocked me now and don't even pick up my phone. It's almost a month now and they didn't pay my loan off to the bank. I did pay the difference of $6k to this dealership and they have used it and cashed it on very 3rd day of car sold.
    Someone should shut this dealership down.

    I advise NOT to purchase from this company. This is the worst Infiniti company I have ever worked with. I purchased a **** fully paid for in February and it is now end of March. I have not received the title to the car, they shipped it to me and it was NOT clean, they kept the mats of the car and did not send, they charged me $1000 for interior and exterior protection and will not honor the money to take care of the damage seats that they did not report prior to selling the vehicle. And with many calls and attempts, Marty the general manager made many promises to fulfill his obligations and to return my call and I have not heard back nor will he answer my calls. I have been nothing but nice and he refuses to comply. PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. YOU WILL NEVER GET SUPPORT. YOU WILL HAVE TO INVOLVE LEGAL AND THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE FOR JUST MINOR THINGS. I CANT IMAGINE IF IT WAS SOMETHING WORST!

    Don't waste your time !!!!!!!!!!!!where do I start !??! Dealership should get zero stars !! We made a deal with Tawana the salesperson on a certified **** !! On our way to pick up 2 hours from our house she called and said the **** was heading into detail and getting fully gassed up ! About 39 minutes later she calls back saying there had been a miscommunication and the car wasn't on the lot !!! A manager had loaned the car out to a customer and didn't know where it was located or the miles that had been on it . She said she would locate the car . No calls back we stop to eat and call and ask for a manager! Angela calls and says the car was loaned and she didn't know where but she would have it delivered upon return making no mention of condition or mileage after loaning it out !! She then said it would be returned Friday and she would photograph the odometer and could have it delivered to us for inspection. We didn't have an agreement to buy a loaner . Our agreement states the mileage advertised !! They offered no compensation for the extra miles that were put on the car or condition! No price reduction!! it's the only certified pre-owned **** on the lot and they loaned it out!!?? With a buyers order ! Salesman David and the finance Manager and Tawana all knew of the buyers agreement and financing was already done !! They never offered for us to put a deposit on the *** just loaned it out like it was a demo or loaner vehicle! We wasted an entire day for nothing and they lost a $**,000 sale !! I'm not buying from dishonest people !! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

    I went to Grand Infiniti in Macon on December 14 to help my child purchase a **** **** ********. We got the vehicle home and the screen stopped working which controlled the heat, radio etc, brought it back on December 16, and after a week and a half the vehicle has not been touched. The service people have no clue about what is going on.. there is absolutely NO communication with us at all. No updates and when I go to dealership they run around trying to figure out what is going on as of December 26, still don’t have vehicle. The GM did not have the guts to come speak to me. They gave us a loaner car then on 12/28 messaged that they had a buyer for the loaner vehicle and instead of allowing me to bring it the next day he sent his salesman out to get the loaner without bringing another in it’s place. I will NOT buy from this dealership EVER again and I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used. The owner of this business needs to look at what’s happening to his dealership under this management because apparently I am not the only customer having issues at this dealership but as I am told they are “friends “ .
