      If I could leave a NEGATIVE 10 stars I would. This company is ran by slumlords. Whom once you deny their ****** ******** (ADAM) they refuse to make repairs but still expect rent. I was ******** ******** on numerous occasions . They were coming by late at night attempting to intimidate me. No windows in the home opened at all no fire detectors no carbon monoxide detectors . Rotted floors faulty ac. The list continues . They promise you repairs to get you to sign lease and then you don't hear anything from them until rent is due. The property manager tried to have my kids come outside while I was not present scaring them. I received multiple irate calls because I said I was going to code enforcement . Was then taken to court and kicked out. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
