    Worst Service Ever on Northside Drive
    Nu-Way at 8:01pm.on 4/11/2023
    after being in the drive through line for close to 20 minutes .... exactly at 8:01pm... when we pulled up to the window the female cashier gladly said that Nu-Way was closed.
    My 84 year old mother had asked me and my son to bring her back 2 all the way hotdogs and I stated to the cashier that she knew we had been in the line way before 8:00pm and could she please get us 2 hotdogs... she said "No" we are closed at 8pm and it was 8:01pm but the cars in front of us pulled down to park.
    I know it may not seem like a big deal to wait in line for 20 minutes and then be told you are a minute late... is terrible service. The Cashier needs customer service training and she definitely needs to learn how to treat the customers that keep her working.
