    We recently had the pleasure of working with Sean and his very capable crew on a new roof on our home. The job involved replacing a membrane or heat sealed roof on the largest portion of the house, replacing a traditional shingle roof on another part of the house and repairing portions of some areas of the roof where slate was orignally installed. Sean was recommended by someone that owns a home in the historic district that has a similarly configured roof - he was pleased with the results and encouraged us to call for a quote. Not only was the job completed as agreed upon, all trash related to the roofing was removed, the yard swept with a magnet to collect any errant roofing nails and any limbs touching the house and roof were carefully trimmed back. Sean's response time was prompt and he completed the job in a couple of days. It would not have taken that long had the weather cooperated, but rain did interfere.     I highly recommend Sean Payne Roofing and repairs. He and his crew are very professional and personable as well. He goes above the standard average when it comes to what he does. Offering to come back after the first rain to run a magnet to pick up any nails or roofing debris. We’ve had roofers before and none was as thorough! Very pleased! Will recommend and use again for home repairs soon!

    Great company! Sean Payne and his team replaced the entire roof on my parents house. Sean honored the quote that was previously done and once we called him he was able to schedule the job. The job was completed in one day and the new roof looks great! I have no worries about the roof because I know that Sean and his team will take care of it if there are any issues. He also completed some previous roofing repairs on the old roof. I highly recommend Sean Payne roofing and repairs for your future projects.

    We are very satisfied with the entire experience. Sean came out to give an estimate, for a new roof, at a time that was convenient for us. The price quoted for job was very reasonable. The job that was done far exceeded our expectations. They were able to do the job a day earlier then was scheduled, which was good for us. The workmanship was excellent! Sean and his crew were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the job site beautifully.
    We highly recommend Sean Payne Roofing and Repairs, and plan on hiring them for future projects.
