    Mission Self-Storage bought out ****** Self Storage and I've been trying to pay my bill since the 9th of ******** of $55. They said they couldn't accept my payment due to computer issues and they would contact me later. No one has ever contacted me, other than the text messages with increasing balances due. I've made calls and sent emails trying to resolve this problem and no one still has assisted me. I never had a problem making my payment with the previous owner, and have been trying to pay what I owe. I received a text message today saying I need to pay $170 before the 5th to avoid any further fees. I tried calling Mission Self-Storage before contacting the BBB and one is answering the phone. I am willing to pay the $ 110 I owe for ******** and ********* so I can get my items and discontinue any further business with this unprofessional management company. I don't want this to affect my credit, especially since I've never missed a payment and have been trying to pay my bill since ********. I feel liked I'm being scammed and my hands are tied. Please help me resolve this problem.
