    Extremely unprofessional. I called numerous times for months and went in and kept getting told “call back”. On one occasion I drove 3 hours just to be told assistant was on vacation and to “call back”. I made multiple appointments that were not kept but instead I kept getting told to “call back”. This went on for months and I was totally disregarded the entire tax season.

    This taxpayer wanted her income high to get a loan and then after the loan was received she wanted to take additional expenses lowering the balance due to the government. These are situations and clients that in my opinion are suspect and not continuous and repeat customers. I like customers that comeback every year and maintain steady income and tax preparation for all parties that rely on the returns for in my opinion correct representation of income.
