    On October **, 2023, Hall's Tree Service came to my residence to remove a dead pine tree cut down by ******* ***** contractor and to remove the stump. Per Hall's representative (Trey) "the space would be clean, smooth and ready for grass planting or whatever else was intended for the space". Hall's was paid $450.00 for the completed job. Upon inspection latter in the day it was noticed that several roots and partial stump top was still visible. On October 27, 2023 Hall's representative (Trey) was contacted to express desire to have the job completed. Representative stated "they would try to get stump grinder to come by". Stump grinder has never returned. After repeated phone calls and text messages over the following months the representative (Trey) would not answer phone calls, return left messages, nor respond to text. Ninety days have nearly elapsed with no action or communication from Hall's Tree Service.
