    On Saturday *******24 around 12:00 pm I arrived at AutoZone to purchase a batter for my 2017 ***** ***** . The employee by the name of Jeremy advised me that he could install my battery . Upon doing so the Employee installed the battery improperly by connecting the negative to the positive and the positive to the negative . I was stranded at autozone for 3 hrs with my children and was there for a total of 6 hours trying to figure out why my car was inoperable . My *********** had to be called and his mechanic had to come to the scene to figure out the issue . Upon further review it was advised that the employee blew my fuse in my vehicle causing to be unable to start. My vehicle had to be towed away , parts had to be ordered , I had to purchase a rental car and now 4 days later I am still unable to utilize my car because the gears are not locked. Wesley S**** is the manager of AutoZone and he advised that they would assist with the expense due to his employee negligence. Now the manager is advising he wont do anything to help and insisted that I contact corporate .
