    They were greatly helpful and my carpets have never looked so good. You can actually see footprints in the carpet again. Thanks for such an awesome product.

    Walker Enterprises (Kirby) Can't follow a contract. Came up with every excuse in the book why we should refund them. (Cash Flow, Payroll). Ultimately, they made an agreement that they didn't want to adhere too.

    This company of Jon Lewis, Nationwide Expos is not worth the BBB accreditation or an A ranking at all. Their sales person told us that we had to keep our card information on file to get the discount that was offered. Then when we decided to no longer do business with them, they ran the card again anyway. Afterwards, we got in touch with Michael and he assured me that we would get a full refund, just to call back almost a week later saying that the "Boss" won't allow it. We want and demand a full refund and their accreditation should be striped.

    The customer makes no sense. They sent us a contract with a credit card to run for that particular show. Then AFTER we ran the contract they wanted us to refund them because they said they couldn't cover their payroll. We never said we would refund them 100% - and the refund policy outside of 30 days calls for a 50% refund. That's what we refunded the customer.

    This Homeshow company is the worst that we have ever dealt with or been a part of. The leads are substandard at best. They bamboozled us to keeping our card on file because they know that you will never do business with them again after the first experience. Nationwide Expos is not a reputable business nor handle issues according to the standards of an A rated BBB company. Their accreditation should be pulled and their rating should reflect the type of business that they truly are. Jon, Michael Cox are all liars. I asked for my refund immediately the very next day upon discovering that they had charged our card. They charged it on the 2nd, it was posted on the 3rd and we requested the refund on the 4th. It had not been 30 days. I have phone records to prove this. They are an immoral company and their accreditation should be pulled.

    We ran the card based on the contract that you signed. The refund policy is 50% once the card is charged. You ONLY WANTED A REFUND BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO COVER PAYROLL. Our refund policy is very clear!
