  Contract price - $1,725.00
  Contract details - reference sliding glass door.
  Remove existing sliding glass door and replace with new sliding glass door, with sliding screen closure completely installed. Remove old door and all trash and decree upon completion(of job) and Mr. A***** satisfaction.
  Dispute: Door lock working improperly, and even came apart were locked into door frame. As a result, door could not be locked. I was not informed that the door would not lock; and only discovered the situation while trying to lock for the night.
  Also, during unpacking and installation, the sliding door screen was was damaged.
  I have tried at least 9 times over a period of 60 days to have the issue resolved - 3 by personal conversation and 6 by text messaging. Now, there is no answer by phone - goes straight to message, but mail box is full; and I am unable to gain contact by any means.

  I am writing for your help because I have been waiting from December to present for Windows and Doors of Macon to complete a job. Currently, they have left my family's house as a neighborhood sore eye. Neighbors are asking questions.
  I am a 74 year widow; I have had four major surgeries in four years. I am doing this for free for a homeless couple. The husband was active duty in Italy, but has been discharged. I am buying food and paying electricity, phone, house insurance, and yet I am paying for a job that is 1/4 completed by Windows and Doors of Macon. I have been begging and calling, texting both the financial company and Windows to complete the job. The remaining balance on this loan with interest is 19,843.20, if not paid in two years. The cost is financed for nearly $13,000 if paid in 24 months. I have been paying on a job since December, but Windows will not complete.
  A family member lost their job and became homeless. Therefore, I moved them from NC by paying all expenses into my family's home. The windows in the house were replaced in 2018, but had major defeats. Because of that I solicited a windows replacement company. My brother had recently used Windows and Doors of Macon financed by Foundation. Meanwhile, I solicited two appraisals and decided with Windows of Macon. Meanwhile, I signed and looked forward to installation in 6-8 after the windows were returned. The windows came in December and installation did a partial installation and never returned. I have texted and repeatedly called Windows to complete the job. I have a bill from Franklin Financial for $355.72 monthly that I have been paying since December. Windows of Macon told me that they were finished in one text and schedule dates to complete and were No Shows on those dates scheduled. They will reschedule on rainy day and no shows on a sunny days.

  None of this complaint is valid . We sold *** ******** windows and we installed them like the contract stated . I have enclosed 5 pics based on your system but we have a bunch more showing the home in really disarray and terrible condition . Her daughter lives there *** ******** has never been there to my knowledge . She claims she will pag some exuberent amount if not paid off in 2 years . She requested the no interest 2 years same as cash deal because she disn't want to pay the interest on a loan. All long term same as cash deals have a higher interest rate and she was aware of this it was electronically sent to her with all the terms for her to see and agree to which she did happily. The pictures are of how the house inside and out was when we arrived we installed new ****** **** windows with the exterior new trim stops required to secure the windows in place . We have pictures of all this . She did not like it thats the short version . I told her we would go back and would try to do some cosmetic work on the outside at  our cost to try and make her happy which we have been doing I have personally been there twice since then and spent a whole day just fixing somw of it but the entire house is in terrible condition and needs a major overhaul we have told her we would come back and try to trim the rest of the windows but she continues to threaten us with multiple threats even after we removed the trim stops at our cost and are replacing them with a different type of trim that she didnt pay for . We are willing to send someone back to finish the work at our expense if she will stop with the threats . We have done nothing to breach our contract she also has paid the loan down to almost nothing or off from what the finance company has told us so the whole story of how the amount is stressful to her is not a true complaint. The house on the inside is even worse than the outside we have nothing to do with the inside in our contract .
