We have been trying to communicate with ******************* about our timeshare. They have been less than helpful. We submitted a BBB complaint against that resort, and they ignored the BBB. (Because they don't care). We found, however, that Capital Vacations is their management company. So, not sure if Capital is actively telling Crown to IGNORE clients because I know Capital is good for that. Regardless, the communication between the two is horrible OR purposely misleading. Clients deserve better. We do NOT *************** or Capital any money. We just want out.

We booked a stay at ************ at Capital Vacations and there was a hold fee of $150.00 that was taken from my credit card to hold the hotel room. We were told this would be refunded once the stay was over back to my credit ******* husband and I attended a Presentation at Capital Vacations in *************** on 05/11/25 at 1:00pm. We were told we would get a Gift Card for $150.00 upon completion of the 2-hour presentation. When I asked the salesperson about the money on my credit card I was advised that it would be automatically credited back. We received the Gift Card upon leaving and it does specify "Gift Card" on the paper for a Capital Vacations ****************. When i did not see the refund on my credit card I called Capital Vacations where I was told to contact "Monster" and that it would be Monster that had to refund me. I called Monster and was informed that it was Capital Vacations that was supposed to refund **** called Capital Vacations and was advised that was what the Gift Card was for and I advised that they scammed me because I had NO idea that the "Gift Card" was actually my own money.this is wrong and they can actually use this as a tax deduction which they should not be able to do since in fact It was my money all along. They should also not promise Gift cards when in fact its a refund of a credit card hold. I think they should in fact give me $150.00 to pay back my credit card for their misleading.

On 6/18/2024 while on our honeymoon my husband and I scheduled an appointment with Capital Vacations office in ******************. We met with ******* *******(no longer employed with Capital) and ********* *****(unable to receive a call back despite 4 voicemails left.) I owned a fixed week condo and wished to inquire about transferring through Capitals points system. With parents owning timeshare I was diligent about the questions I was asking to protect myself and our assets from being taken advantage of. Even asking four times what our maintenance fees would be as we were currently paying $800 yearly with a $400 special assessment fee for renovations to the building. Capital vacations had recently acquired **************** as a managed property. We were assured four times that our maintenance fees would be $510 yearly for the entirety of our contract with capital. This was in exchange that I purchased ****** points and they would give me ******* points for the ownership of my fixed week timeshare. We agreed on the purchase price of $10,470.88 with a down payment made on my husbands card and monthly payments after. Fast forward to our new owner workshop held Nov 9th. We were advised that that was incorrect and our maintenance fees would rise to $3500 yearly and we HAD to buy more points to bring in our fixed week. I contacted customer service on the following dates for a resolution and to have our contract reviewed as it says nothing about my fixed week or the maintenance fees after property acquisition: 11/11/24, 11/12/24, 11/15/24, 11/22/24, 11/27/24, 12/2/24, and 12/5/24. I was told a call back would be within 24 hrs on the ******* never came. On both the 27th and the 2nd i was told within an hour a regional manager would call me. ****! Someone has dropped the ball and no one wants to handle this! We have not used any points provided to us and no one, other than ***** (fantastic **** is willing to help. Reason for signing up customer serviceNOW LACKING!!!

This is text of letter I sent manager:November 14, 2024 ****** **** General Manager Petit Crest/Vacation ********************* P.O. *******************. GA ***** RE: Unfair business practices **************** September 2023 I unconditionally surrendered my original deed to a timeshare at Petit Crest Villas at *********, unit 626 week 43, dated February *******. I did not seek payment for this timeshare, nor to trade or rent it.On September 22, 2023 I received from ********************************** Notice of Termination of Owner Beneficiary Rights. I executed a signed acknowledgement of this Notice, dated October 4, 2023. The Notice states that Upon receipt of your signed acknowledgement, we will process the termination of your membership in the Club and the Association will be notified.I also executed on October 4, 2023 an Assignment and General Release, contract reference no. *******, which states that As of the date this Assignment and General Release is executed by all parties, Assignor shall have no obligations to make any further payments due pursuant to the Agreement, including maintenance fees and/or club dues, in connection with the Property.Notwithstanding, I received a statement dated 2/7/2024 for $500.00 renovation fees; another for $1,454.98; another for $1,294.30; and a Late Fee Notice for $1,641.12. I ask that these fees be reversed and that I be removed from membership/ownership rolls at Petit Crest.I also received a Relinquishment Form dated 3/1/2024 seeking payment of 2024 Maintenance Fees plus a charge of $480 for Capital Vacations and two years of Maintenance Fees for 2025 and 2026. I believe seeking such payments is an unfair business practice akin to extortion, since I have been relieved of such an obligation and no longer own any property related to Petit Crest. I have copied this letter to the ************************, the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Secretary of State. *********, ***** W. ****

I have attached the *** deed to ****** A ***** and ***** ****.  At some point, the owners gave ********* the right to occupy this property until the deed assignment by Bluegreen(attached) gave termination of occupancy to Bluegreen, which gives occupancy rights back to the Baers.  Bluegreen terminated their occupancy agreement with the Baers, but the deed is in the name of the Baers.  The emails show the options given to the Baers for use of the fixed timeshare week they own.

These are the options available to all owners -- the owners of the week choose what they would like to do.
