    I had no problem with ********* before, I had several appointments where she came to my home no problem for services. Despite the fact I'm not sure of her medical liscense ******* does not open product in front of you. (supposedly juvederm ultra) All of a sudden , she changed and started to cancel & reschedule my appointment in which I paid 330$ for up front. I was more then understanding but, literally she would give excuses after excuse. After the 10th time being "rescheduled", YES TEN plus times , we made an agreement that if she tried to cancel or reschedule again she would just refund me my 330$. I paid on cashapp which you apparently should never do because then you can't claim fraud to get money back on your card. She did cancel and said she would send me my money back . That was back in mid OCTOBER 2024. The original appt was supposed to be in July . I have been getting the run around for why she can't refund me . I feel like i have been stolen from and I have been nothing but a kind client before. She is ignoring me now. She told me she would be sending the money then never does.I have all the proof in messages . It looks to be a habit from reviews . Since I am being ignored a complaint to the nursing board and better business bureau will be made .

    I was a loyal customer to ******************** had an appointment with her on Thursday and she changed it to Friday which I didn't have any issue with it and then she changed it from 1 o'clock to ***** pm. And I was fine with that. I paid her $500 because she ask the Full amount before you get service. she canceled my appointment and now she's not responding my money. I've been texting her calling her she doesn't answer my calls, but she text back. Now she blocked me . If you cancel my appointment you should refund me the money right away not wait till Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. She just plain lied to me. I have proof messages and Apple Pay I sent her. . Im attaching all my messages and my payments. this is very unprofessional. And she knew I was traveling on Monday. I found someone else to do my service I canceled with them twice because she was giving me the runaround. And did not refund me. and now I lost the $50 deposit and didn't get any service from the other business. You know exactly what you did and I have all the proof. Sorry your family issues has nothing to do with my refund. and it's not my business if you don't have money to transfer your business account like you told me. I been her client for 2 years now she lost me and I'm sure many more. next time don't take the full payment before the service thats Illegal Practices Under Consumer Protection Laws. a deposit like everyone else. Like I told you l have businesses too and I know how it works. You can say whatever you want if you respond to this review. You know exactly what you did I'm still waiting for my refund. It's funny because when you canceled my appointment you thought I won't ask for my refund you were assuming that I just let you take my hard earned money and don't get the service. I told you l'm going overseas for couple months why I pay you if you didn't give me what I paid for. Im requesting a refund asap
