    We have been with Fontis Water, Inc. for approximately two years and have no plans of leaving. The service is consistent and reliable! EJ is our client service contact. He sends reminders of scheduled deliveries, offers suggestions for other products, listens and follows through with our product needs.

    Fontis is a great company. I personally deal with EJ, when it comes to ordering my supplies. He has great customer service and always make sure things are done in a timely manner. ***, (PO) is grateful to work with EJ and the great services that he provides.

    Fontis water over charged me after my initial month of service. Never received deliveries when stated and constantly getting automated messages stating that the water had been delivered. I called several times to complain about the amount charged, and no delivery to customer service (***** - who stated she was the manger) was rude and promised to provide a refund and never did. I called and spoke to EJ 09/25 and he then stated that he would send a refund after ***** stated that it was sent two months prior. I still have never received any refunds or apologies for overcharging my account. This company has provided excuse after excuse for their mishandling of a customer and funds. I will never use their service again. The worse customer service and furthermore no recourse for their actions.

    They didnt delivery water on agreed upon day. I received an automated delivery confirmation call to have the empty canisters ready for pickup the next day. The next day came and went, and when I called them, they told me the delivery person marked the order as delivered, but it was not. They told me its be a week or two before they could get out here. They lied to me. I requested they cancel my account and pick up their canisters, they said they would, but here we are a week later, and they still have not picked them up and still havent provided a refund.
