I came in July 7 around 4pm. I Spent $240 to get a deep cleaning. Took around 2 1/2 hours almost time for closing. The guy was ******* for me to leave so I just looked inside the car and everything looked good inside. Got home and walked around the car and saw my Jeep symbol was missing. It was on my car before I left that morning and when I arrived to get my car washed. Even the words on my dealership sticker on my car was faded as well. Like they power wash my car to rough or something.I called but they were already closed. So I left a voicemail hoping for a call back in the morning but no. I went in today to tell them about the issue. They said since its busy theyll call me later around 4pm for an update? I asked the guy is there any cameras in the car wash. He didnt answer my question but said they will investigate and call me before today is over. No call all day so I called them no answer and its not even 6pm.Just ridiculous! How do yall damage a car and not give anything. Not even a care. Maybe its because Im a girl and I need a man to handle this situation. I know this company has cameras all around.

I had a subscription for a monthly carwash account. I cancelled my membership over a year ago with the manager and he took the barcode off my car. Then E sold the car. I just noticed its been charging me $25 a month for over a year. I contacted the owner for a resolution. He said via text he would look into it. Its been 10 days and he will no longer respond to my texts. I can't even tell if he has stopped my subscription as of now. I do not have a receipt, because there was not transaction. I took him at his word that my account was cancelled. Because its a bar code system, he should be able to tell that its never been scanned in the last ***** months.

My ************************************************************************************ front of their shop. From what my uber driver told me he said it seemed like an easy repair so I left it with them. They told me they needed to replace my power steering pump, my water bottle and my temperature gauge (which I am not sure the last two ever got done). They had it for weeks giving me a new excuse each day. I even was told to come out and get it and waited two hours to be told some story that the power steering pump was bad and they needed to get a new one. Anyway, I finally pick the car up and by the time I got home all of the power steering fluid was out again and the car was not drivable. I called Home Run Derby and they sent the mechanic to my house. He did not speak english and told me to drive the car back to the shop. I told him it wouldn't make it but he said he put more fluid in and to try. Well I broke down up the street at *** Boys. So I had them take it and look at it. That is when they told me that who ever did the work did a really bad job and that they cross threaded my ************** Pump. I charged back the payment i made and let them know. They said they wanted to make it right and pep boys told me that they should so I paid to have my car towed back to them. They had it for another 3 weeks this time and took it to a different mechanic. I went to pick the car up and that mechanic flat out told me that the guy had no idea what he was doing and he "did his best" to fix his error. The part that was cross threaded is discountinued leaving my vehicle worthless. When I drove the car off it had a horrible noise that was not there before. The manager said yeah that is the ************** pump it needs replacing and tried to charge me **** to fix it. I couldn't believe it, that is what they damaged. At a loss and without a car I attempted to bring it to another mechanic that was very reputable and they provided me with a full report of all the damage.
