    I was over charged and mail the product back now they are said they have no way after I mail it to follow back within 30 days and I did that the employees keep switching You around and said ****** should have told me to follow back in a week .

    Customer bought product on 9/01/23 and was received 9/11/23. He purchased the subscription option for multiple bottles of CBD Gummies, which was our best rate.  Customer then called on 9/11/23 asking for a refund and CS rep ***** issued an RMA.  Customer never sent back product purchased so no refund has been sent.  We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee and we are more then happy to refund once product is returned.  If product is not returned, we do not issue a refund.  I have asked my CS rep to call customer and ask for him to return product and we will make an exception and refund once product is shipped back to us. 

    Please feel free to call me with any questions as we are more than happy to resolve this issue w a full refund one customer returns product. Please have customer send an email once product is shipped back and we will be on the lookout.
