    I'd rather jump on a trash bag with used syringes than rely on the homall chair's massage function. It feels like I'm on a plane and a kid is kicking my seat. The "auto" feature literally just spazzes the poor quality massagers. For all the potential consumers, buy anything but this scam brand.

    Purchased a gaming desk from this company, paid more money to have the LED lighting , the desk did not have all the parts. I contacted homall and keep getting the run around . It is December 2023 and this emailing has been going on since August. They were very slow.at replying . Then the part the desk was missing was out of stock.i just want the missing parts or a new desk with all the parts.

    Less of a business and more of a scam. Same story as everyone else- garbage products. refusal to cooperate with returns of horrible and damaged products. Just keep sending the same email over and over again---basically stole $450 from me--a literal nightmare.

    Refused to send return label and process refund after multiple requests and adhering to return policy. Horrible company! This was their response to me after I told them multiple times I had already returned chairs back to ******* and just needed a return label:"Sorry, would you like to keep it? We're willing to provide some discounts. Or could you keep the item such as giving it to a friend as a gift or selling it to a person as returning item is a hassle for both of us? If you insist on returning, we could provide the return label. But as there are no quality problems with the item, we could not refund the shipping fee. Please advise."

    Ordered a shed back in March received the boxes no hardware in the boxes to put the shed together. I have called the company about 15 times have gotten nowhere they cant find an invoice. There was no packing slip on the boxes and no ones answering the phones there.

    They sent me a desk damaged. When i emailed they respond every 2 days. They have not refunded my desk or send the new parts after telling me the desktop is out of stock.
