    I reside in *********, **; purchased a couple acres of land in *********, ** last year, and hired this company for removal of trees, add pipes and sewers, and create a concrete driveway. We signed a contract on 08/31/2024 for a total amount of $13,000 for the description mentioned. I wired $7,000 upon signing the contract. When part of the materials were delivered to the location, I wired another $3,000. The final $3,000 are to be paid upon completion. To this date, 03/03/2025, no work has been done. I have called the business owner ***** **** a numerous time with no response. He will suddenly answer the phone if called with a different number and promises to start the job the following week. This has been going on since August 2024. I have demanded completion of the project and/or a refund and neither are being met. I am requesting the job to get done or my money back to hire a different company.

    Entered into a contract on Feb. 20, 2024 to demo existing garage floor and replace with new concrete. Stain and seal said garage area and tool room area. Project began during the first week of March 2024.

    On June 20, 2024 I signed a contract with this company to install a concrete patio in my backyard. He was supposed to come on Monday of the next week to start the work but didn't show up until Wednesday June 27. It was a rainy day and despite this he proceeded with laying the concrete and placing a plastic cover over the new concrete. Issues:There is concrete splattered on the siding of my house.Damage to siding of my house.The fence and gait that were removed were not replaced correctly and do not work properly.The concrete has orange stains all over it. Wet marks, lines and ripples were the wet concrete was against the plastic.Parts of the concrete are crumbling.The edges are messy and uneven.I have reached out to this company on several occasions requesting these issues be repaired. The first request was made by email on July 1. He was supposed to come to the house again July 13th and never showed up. I reached out again on July 15 and he came to the house on July 17th, looked at the issues and told me he would send me stain colors and then be back next Wednesday (July 24) to finish the work and repair the damage done to my home and fence. No one ever came the next week. I sent emails and called. The last call was Wednesday July 31st. I was told by the person who answered the phone that he would be at my home on Friday to do the work. He has not returned to my home or contacted me.
