    I ordered the lenses on 27th and paid $43.70 for overnight shipping. Its not Nov 6th and I still dont have them. The package says failed when you check the shipping and Ive emailed the company 4 times and no reply. My total was $93.63 they stole from me. This needs resolved NOW!

    I bought a pair of contact lenses from this business through their website which is actually called gothika.com (same address for both) and it arrived late. I made the purchase on Wednesday October 26th and payed for second day shipping because i needed them for Friday the 28th. I added on the purchase notes that I needed the lenses for that specific date. As it was A day after and the order was not yet shipped, I reached out to the company and emailed them a couple of times saying I would be glad to pay for overnight shipping so I would get my item on time. They ignored my message and said ***** maybe is taking too long to scan, all we can do is wait I payed the fee for second day shipping just so they would arrive a day after. So not only the item arrived late because their incompetence, the company refused to send me a return label so I can ship their item and they refuse to pay the original 2nd day shipping fee I had to pay just so the item would arrive late. This is absolutely unacceptable. I demand a refund of $65.69.

    Precision Optical/Wickedeyez.com does Not own Gothika.com. We are a distribution company that dropships Gothika.com products to their customers. We do not handle their customer service or returns. We merely ship their products.

    Please remove this complaint against Precision Optical and have it reflect *********** as the company receiving the complaint.

    *********** ships from the same address as the company below. And theyre not being responsible. I already sent my return back to the address it came from and they still have not provided my refund.
