    August 7, 2024, after googling irresponsibly online, was baited into going to this obscure dental office by the office manager at Village Green *********************************************** Dentistry, ************************************* *********************** *****. This is by far the worst company / scam setup ever by dentist, office manager and support staff who routinely engages in deceptive practices. Since I'm a federal retiree, I used my dental insurance (Metlife) to process a bogus claim submitted by this office who literally "upcoded" phantom services Village Green swore they rendered. I was informed that I would have to pay $294 dollars upfront by the office manager, then was told she made a mistake and it was $451 dollars. Bear in mind I have no familiarity with dental coding and/or jargon. (Not my area of expertise). I specifically went for a "root canal" assessment / procedure only, which the dentist in "broken english" informed me she could not complete because she was afraid to damage a adjacent porcelain crown. So it would have to be referred to a endodontist which up until that time she had pretended to have this credential. Fast forward, I later discover "phantom" CHARGES on a bill Village Green stated they performed. What? ******* immediately denied all "padded" charges and setttled with me owing only $265.00, in which I was owed $185.00 by Village Green. It's obvious, due to economic turmoil, Village Green Family dentistry in order to maintain the "doors open" has historically "scammed" what patients did enter this "store front, restaurant converted" office to stay afloat. The "scenario" is already in place when you walk in (see submitted BBB complaint ******), the "bad actors" in tandem are complicit (dentist) and what services she deems are performed is so "scammy, it's slummy" and deserving of any imposed fines because it's criminal behavior regardless of any mediated effort outcome. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
