    We are a small ISO in ********. We purchased over $800 in ******** card readers from CDE Solutions back in February 2022. The package was lost in transit with ****** After SO many inquiries with CDE on reimbursement or reshipment only to be told that they would submit a claim with ****** I finally contacted ***** myself in August 2022. ***** was able to pull the claim information for me and confirm that it was PAID OUT to CDE back on April 5th 2022... I reached out to CDE yet again to request a refund since they have already been paid out for the claim and just keep being told by the "Relationship Manager" that she will follow up on it. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!
