    Marietta Drapery was paid to install shades for 300 new apartments. Upon acceptance of these apartments, we noticed multiple apartments that were not finished. Some shades not working properly, some are damaged, some apartments are fully missing shades, etc... All of these issues were reported to Marietta Blinds. They have had a representative come out and inspect and measure. We have been going back and forth with them since Sept. 2023 until present. They have been telling us they are working on these issues. The issue still has not been resolved to this day. I have not received any follow-up after multiple attempts. We have apartments we cant rent due to this issue. We have residents who have been waiting for weeks for repair with no response. They have been paid in full for a job that has not been completed.
