  I hired GDS (Georgia Drainage Specialist) to assess and correct my drainage issues of water draining into my garage. Their Specialist came out and made recommendations, then I contracted with them. The work they recommended has done nothing to fix my problem. I continue to have water seeping into my harage from tunoff that was suppose to be correct by a drywell and rock bed. Now I am unable to get a hold of the company, including email and phone number for resolution. I plan on taking them to small claims court.

  It was the best company where I could work hard and I saw many clients smile at the quality of work we did day after day. I hope one day I can continue such an excellent company and see many happy faces.

  I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding my experience with Georgia Drainage. Despite their warranty commitment, the company has failed to provide the necessary support, leaving me in a difficult situation.For context, the project I paid for was to install drainage and sod. While the drainage is fine the vendor they used for sod was not. The sod vendor provided dormant grass which never fully converted leaving many dead patches of grass in our yard. That said, GA Drainage was clear that all products (including the sod and drains) would be their responsibility and are covered with 1 year warrantee. To that end, Ive been in communication with GA Drainage Specialists on the sod issue since May when I noticed it was not rooting and half the grass in the yard was dead. I spoke with the owner of GA Drainage Specialists at that time and was asked to wait another month and if it was still an issue they would fix it. However, to my dismay, despite all my attempts in reaching out to GA Drainage Specialists since June have yet to materialize in any meaningful resolution. As of today, my last three outreaches to Georgia Drainage Specialist have been met with no response. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to address this issue has left me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. The net is this could all have been resolved if they took accountability months ago with replacing the dead sod or providing a reimbursement for this specific part of the project that didnt work out. Bottom line, consumers considering doing business with Georgia Drainage Specialists should reconsider going forward if any 3rd partner vendor products are included.

  I cant express how detailed oriented the entire *** team is. I have had a company or two come out and quote the job but after asking a few questions I didnt feel comfortable with those contractors. Then I stubbled across *** and from the time *** came to estimate from the time they completed the job it was nothing but professionalism. The plans that were drawn up in the estimate process were so professional and digestible to the customer I could follow along and the way *** walked me through their plans I knew that I waited this long for a reason!! Fast forward to the day of the job, the *** team came and completed the job and when I came home I honestly could not even tell where the crew did all of this work at, thats how neat *** is. *** fixed my drainage problem on the first try. I WILL have *** come and complete more projects in the future. These ladies and gentleman really take pride in their work.

  GDS was amazing to work with. They came up with an awesome project plan! Got me booked as soon as they could and installed it in a timely manner and the work looks amazing! I will def recommend them to my friends and family! Thanks GDS!

  I called Georgia Drainage Specialists for a poor draining and standing water area beside a retaining wall / storage shed location that was always a muddy mess. ***** came out quickly to look at the project. He provided a solution to my problem right away and even made some other suggestions to help move water away from the downspouts as part of the solution. Quote and work was scheduled quickly. The end result is awesome. After this weekends torrential rain I have no standing water or washout like I did in the past. I will definitely be hiring GDS for another project on my list very soon.

  I highly recommend Georgia Drainage Specialist. All I can say is "WOW". What a great experience, from the initial consult with ***** to the implementation of the drainage plan, we were impressed throughout the process. The crew, *****, ****, **** and ****** were amazing. They showed up on time, reviewed the plan with me, and got straight to work. I have never seen a crew work so efficiently. By the time they were done, you couldn't even tell anyone dug up the yard. Previously, we had drainage issues in both the front and back yard and I am happy to say, they have all been resolved! We just had 2 days of heavy rain and we have had ZERO drainage issues. Zero!! They are truly a top-notch company, all the way from ***** to his crew and front office. Thank you GDS!!

  SO happy with this work- 5 stars! We moved into a new house and woke up after rain with a river in the backyard- flowing RIGHT at the house. GDS came and mapped out a plan to not only reroute the water, but to make the backyard beautiful (see before and after). GDS were professional, prompt, and overall very effective. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing water rerouting/ drainage services. Thank you!

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the team at GDS! I had some concerning water issues going on in my yard and they not only fixed the issue but made my yard look even better than before. 10/10 would recommend to anyone dealing with water issues in their yard.
