    I recently scheduled a service visit with Mr. ********************** of ******* to inspect an issue with a wall outlet in my home. While the technician who came out was courteous and helpfulultimately determining the issue was not electricalI am extremely dissatisfied with the way the service was priced and communicated.When I booked the appointment, I was told there would be a $50 dispatch and diagnostic fee, which would be credited toward the cost of any repairs. This seemed fair. However, when the technician arrived, I was blindsided with a $240 diagnostic charge, and informed that the $50 only covered the dispatch, not the diagnostic. This is a complete bait-and-switch from what was promised at the time of ************* charge $240 for a basic diagnosticespecially when no repair was performedis excessive and unjustifiable. After researching standard rates for similar services, its clear this pricing is far above industry norms and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.This experience feels misleading, predatory, and unacceptable. I believe I was misinformed during scheduling, and I am requesting a refund or adjustment to reflect the original pricing I was quoted. At the very least, I expect Mr. ********************** to stand by the pricing they communicated before the visit.I strongly advise future customers to get all pricing in writing before scheduling any service with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. ********************** of ******* until they address these deceptive billing practices and make this right.

    I spoken to ******** the day before I had requested service. She was very nice and understanding of my situation but it was close to closing hours. When Mister Sparky got back with me the next morning, they left me a text message telling me my appointment was between 8AM- 12PM. I then called the dispatcher after 1PM and he said my appointment was between 11AM - 1PM. I waited all day and to get another call or text message that they were coming and I never heard back from them again. I then sent them a you should be ashamed of yourselves message on ********* and again, nothing. Not even a simple apology. Attached is a snapshot of my communication with them. BEWARE OF THIS RAGGEDY COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE! YOULL BE SORRY!

    The electricians fixed what they wanted to fix, and I'm not absolutely convinced it was necessary. They did not fix any of the things on my list of things I wanted fixed. They did not respond to calls to come back and fix what was on the list.

    Came out for a relatively simple GFCI issue, never fixed anything. After multiple attempts to contact them I never heard from anyone. Filed a CC charge back, do not use these clowns.

    My father requested quote for costumer furnished ceiling fan and tech came out on 6/16/2023 to quote nearly $400 and when asked about about a second fan install, without checking room, noted double the price but thinks it was reasonable to provide my father a 5% discount. so all in, for 2 ceiling fans, well over $600. The tech was condescending and untruthful saying there are over 200 parts to install. My father rightfully did not pursue this service but is responsible for a $49 payment. I have separately called on 6/19/2023 to seek a rough quote for a ceiling fan install on a standard light box with a customer furnished standard fan and ********************** would not provide even a ballpark quote. This practice is deceptive to drive unsuspecting people to paying much more for an otherwise simple service. I have called multiple times since and have been told I will receive feedback but I have received none. I have only been able to speak with the frontline people who only tell me the $49 cost for the visit, which I otherwise understand, but this service was not established in good faith and goes against Mister Sparky's stated Code of Ethics on their website. My father has since used ****** who provided an up front quote, at a reasonable price, and the tech was not rude or condescending. All I ask is for the $49 fee refunded to my father as a fair resolution to this matter.

    Like many its sad that you have to give a star at all. You need a dual scale -5 to +5.The complaint here is really to note THAT THE ***** HAS GONE OUT ON THIS OUTFIT IN GEORGIA!I could go on at length, they let go the one fellow that really did a good job. The other head of the program complains about many of the requests we asked - saying "I don't like working on older homes. Then he tells us they let others go and that he had to request bringing back as assistant. Clearly still an issue as, if the only two there, they have now put off a "final" visit three or maybe four times. I think it is time the lights went out on this company.

    Called Mr ********************** to come and check out an electrical issue involving just the lights in 3 rooms and a few outlets. Also had some power failure with the microwave, dryer and electric stove. The technician came as scheduled and inspection was done. According to the technician I needed a complete new electrical panel that it was the problem. Paid my service call and then contacted my insurance company who sent a real electrician to inspect everything. Found out the proble was with the main service line coming into the house. Toledo ****** was contacted and sent a team out that found and repaired the underground line coming into the house. I contacted Mr ********************** told them what happened and the lady was very nasty to say the least accusing me of not knowing what I was talking about and became very defensive. Told them to refund service fee for which they did. However today my air conditioning has failed and called Four Seasons Heating. The lady took all my information and put me on hold for several minutes coming back to say they couldn't come out because of the discussion I had with Mr **********************. Their man made a mistake and didn't do his job and inspection properly or he would have checked the amount of power coming into the box. I know what I'm talking about and have done my fair share of electrical work through the years. No one is perfect and as far as I know God isn't their boss. I now seem to be black balled from getting competent service. I request a written letter of apology from the company and my name cleared. This is called slander in my book.
