Do not use this contractor. I had utilized them for a ****************** of an Xray Machine in ** which is a service advertised on their website. I provided photos with measurements of doorways and pictures of the pickup routes. If they needed more information for the size of this job they could have asked, but they told me that they had what they needed and sent me a quote with proposal. I paid them in full immediately before any work was completed. The first crew they sent came on site to the job and stated that they would not be able to perform this deinstallation. Desktop Disposal eventually sent another crew who worked a little on the DE install but only completed 10% of the job and then left. Every crew that was sent seemed surprised of the task at hand, so it almost seemed as if the information I had sent Desktop Disposal was not making its way to their crews, which was incredibly frustrating to the hospital staff. They finally sent a third crew which was much more helpful and performed 50% of the deinstallation, and a partial pickup, but we were already 3 weeks past the promised date of completion. On April 22nd Desktop Disposal told me for them to complete the job it would be a 75% upcharge. I considered this extortion as the original agreement I signed covered ALL aspects of the de-installation/pickup minus liquid units. This 75% upcharge they were demanding were for critical components of the x ray machine, the table, and the ceiling mounts, all which were covered in the original signed agreement. When I argued the upcharge and asked them to include the liquid as part of the additional fee, their CEO interrupted the call and told us through his employee that this job was off. They walked away from the job site after an attempted extortion and only gave us a partial refund. Feel free to reach out to me directly so I can warn you properly against ever using their services
